The rebirth ceremony is a deep, multilayered transformational space where bodywork meets energy work. Beginning with a conversation, we journey deeper with each stage.
Rebozo massage here unites the physical and energetic planes. On all levels, we enter a portal of rebirth and re-experiencing.
The ceremony is created to support the woman in her inner intention, her process, and her transformation. The flow of the ceremony may vary slightly, but it will always be tailored to you — to your needs and your state.

Stages of the ceremony
How the ceremony unfolds
Stage 1
1
Creating a safe space and conversation
Candles, soft light, silence, warm and caring hands tending to the woman. This is a space of full acceptance — for her and her feelings. A loving presence where she can be silent or let all her feelings find their place.
Stage 2
2
Foot spa with aromatic oils
Warm water with herbs helps relax the body and the nervous system. Through the feet, we gently restore a sense of grounding and stability. This is a moment of synchronizing with the body and breath — we tune into the practice, choose aromas, and gently awaken the body to prepare it for the work ahead.
Stage 3
3
Conversation and intention setting
A very delicate moment when we work with the woman's intention and tenderly explore it from different angles. A flowing conversation within a safe, accepting, loving field that guides the woman toward meeting herself and her inner truth.
Stage 4
4
Rebozo massage
A union of the physical and energetic planes. Using traditional rebozo shawls, the body is gently rocked, followed by a 'gathering' — a sequential closure through seven points: head, shoulders, ribs, pelvis, thighs, shins, feet.
Stage 5
5
Integration through sound
After the rebozo, the body is ready for deep integration. Instruments and sounds are born from a state of flow. Sound healing gently anchors the process — it may be tender therapy or the call of a drum and the ancestors.
Stage 6
6
Ritual bath
Here the woman is born into the material world — in warm water. Every droplet and every petal is created for her. This is a place where all higher forces meet the woman and bless her path. A meeting with herself — already in a new state.
Warm drink, candles
Closing
A gentle return
A warm drink, silence, time to rest in your sensations. To share, if you wish, what you have lived through.
Every woman is unique — just like every ceremony. Sometimes we will prepare cacao, sometimes herbal tea. Perhaps we will feel called to work with crystals or other sources of strength. For each woman, it is something special and unique.
