Tuning in and connection
We begin with a conversation and gentle reconnection with the body. You can share your current state, your intention, or simply arrive with a feeling of wanting care.
Rebozo Massage
Rebozo massage is a gentle, deep bodywork practice using a traditional Mexican rebozo shawl. Through rocking, stretching, and tender holding, a sense of safety, trust, and reconnection with yourself is created.
This is more than a massage — it is a space where the body can release control, where the nervous system slows down, and every cell remembers what it feels like to be in flow, in support, in love.
Through my hands and the fabric, the body is carried into a subtle, loving space where every touch is unconditional care, where every cell is reborn, where a meeting with yourself takes place, and the body rests, restores, and resets.

Stages of the practice
1
We begin with a conversation and gentle reconnection with the body. You can share your current state, your intention, or simply arrive with a feeling of wanting care.
2
Through rocking, gentle stretching, wrapping, and holding, the body gradually relaxes, tension releases, lymph circulation improves, joints and muscles regain ease, and the body's inner resources are activated.
3
This is a moment where nothing needs to be done. Just be, feel, and receive. Sound helps the body relax even more deeply and restore itself.
4
A gentle return, with space to rest in silence, share your experience, or hold it within. Afterward — a warm drink and small earthly gifts for body and soul.
Who it's for
This is so much more than a massage. It is warm, loving hands and a vast, loving heart into which every woman is received through the touch of hands and rebozo shawls.
Every woman is unique, with her own irreplaceable system of soul and body, her own state, which we will gently work with on different levels: physical, energetic, and mental. Here, a gentle rebirth takes place, a meeting with yourself, and deep restoration.
For expectant mothers
The rebozo is a traditional Mexican shawl originally created to support pregnant women. Through gentle rocking, stretching, and wrapping, it helps the mother-to-be feel safe, free, and comfortable.
This is a gentle bodywork practice designed for expectant mothers, helping them feel lightness, freedom of movement, and care for their body at every stage of pregnancy.
Benefits for the body
Every technique works toward restoration, relaxation, and harmony.
Rebozo massage directly influences the parasympathetic nervous system, activating natural processes of relaxation and restoration:
Rebozo massage is an opportunity to feel your body as a whole, release tension, restore flexibility, softness, and ease of movement, and rediscover harmony and comfort within yourself.
